General Description:

ISI was asked to provide a competitive bid for the design, supply and erection of this structure and was awarded the project after coming in as low bid against 3 other firms.  By working closely with the client and the Architect, ISI was able to successfully design, supply and erect this structure to meet all the clients needs.     

Design Highlights:

• The building is 65' wide x 80' long and consists a gable frame design.
• The roof assembly is standing seam with 6" Blanket Insulation.  ISI was able to help the client avoid the need to adhere to the prescriptive SB-10 thermal regulations which dramatically decreased the overall budget. 
• The exterior wall assembly is a is a combination of 10' high concrete dado wall, single skin steel panel and translucent panel.
