Pre-construction ISI will work directly with you and your preferred architect or recommend firms that excel with your specific project type. After forming the design team, ISI applies its knowledge and construction experience to insure that each team member is dedicated to providing you with value engineering, alternative construction methods and materials as well as strategic planning. Constructability Review Our team collaboration doesn't stop with the consultants. Our approach is to have our trade contractors involved during the design phase. This ensures that the constructability of the overall design is maximized which improves the schedule, eliminates change orders and lowers the overall budget. Construction Implementation We work side by side with our clients to review all the trade proposals and secure all of the trade contractors and suppliers. Our on-site management team than insures that each phase of construction is implemented as per the design and within the budget. |
