General Description:

ISI was asked to provide a competitive bid for the design, supply and erection of this structure and was awarded the project after coming in as low bid against 3 other firms.  This project was unique in that the client being a manufacturer of steel cladding, wanted to utilize their own product for the roof and wall assemblies.  While most contractors refused this request, ISI did not hesitate and relied on its in house design capabilities to work directly with the client and the construction manager to produce custom details which met the clients budget while not compromising on aesthetics.

• The Main building is 100' wide x 250' long x 27' high with a 20' wide x 250' long x 23' high Lean-to

• 2 - 10 Tonnes Crane Assemblies
