General Description:

ISI was asked to provide a competitive bid for the design, supply and erection of this structure and was awarded the project after coming in as low bid against 4 other firms.  The facility would act as Impact Auto's Main Ontario Office and Showroom.        

Design Highlights:

• The building is 70' wide x 181' long and consists of a clearspan, gable frame design.
• The design divides the floor space in two parts with the front portion dedicated to the Offices while the back portion will act as the Sales / Auction Showroom.
• The roof assembly is standing seam with 6" vinyl faced blanket insulation.
  
• The exterior wall assembly a is a combination of architectural block and single skin steel panel.  
• The Office area was designed with a higher deflection so as to properly support the finished ceiling and interior wall assemblies.
