General Description:

ISI was approached by the client and told that they required a full turn key solution for an addition to their existing Shop.  The design was to include for the design of the foundation and pre-engineered structure as well as to manage the excavation, foundation forming, building erection, slab finishing, mechanical, electrical and door/window trades.   

Because the client needed to stay fully operational, ISI needed to design and manage the project in a manner that put safety at the forefront while strategically scheduling and implementing each trade in the heart of winter.    ISI assembled the consulting team that worked together with the clients input to produce drawings and ISI was able to implement that design within the schedule and below budget.
