General Description:

ISI was contacted by the land owner and told that they required a full turn key solution for an addition to Williams Scottsman's office trailer manufacturing facility.  The scope included for the design of the foundation and pre-engineered structure as well as to manage the excavation, foundation forming, building erection, slab finishing, mechanical, electrical and door/window trades.   

Because the client needed to stay fully operational, ISI needed to design and manage the project in a manner that put safety at the forefront while strategically scheduling and implementing each trade.    ISI assembled the consulting team that worked together with the clients input to produce drawings and ISI was able to implement that design within the schedule and below budget.
